Regulatory Compliance

Global companies must comprehend governmental data regulations across many nations, and understand that some laws pertain to information used and held only in regional areas, while other laws cover information wherever it resides within the company's information structure. While efforts to control information compliance are often limited to the area of interest of individual departments, compliance everywhere in the information structure is a corporate imperative. We assert that compliance requires a funded effort to identify and manage the entire class of information that we define as "Regulated Information".
